Jye's journey began in Tamworth, where his early days in the industry sparked a lifelong dedication to hospitality. From humble beginnings at McDonald's to managing hotels and earning accolades such as Hotel Manager of the Year at just 21, Jye's career trajectory was marked by ambition and a drive for excellence.
Jye's Journey: Transforming CH Boutique Hotel
In 2013, Jye embarked on an independent venture, returning to Wagga Wagga before seizing an opportunity back in Tamworth with the acquisition of CH on Peel in 2014.
Transforming the historic Central Hotel into a beacon of luxury and comfort now known as CH Boutique Hotel, Jye oversaw its expansion to include the Executive Wing in 2018, demonstrating his commitment to enhancing local infrastructure and community engagement.

Today, Central Hospitality Group boasts a portfolio of premier venues including CH Boutique Hotel, CH Boutique Apartments, and a collection of acclaimed dining establishments and event spaces—DECO Wine Bar & Restaurant, Hopscotch Bar & Restaurant, The Pavilion Function Centre & Gardens, The Pig & Tinder Box, The Bureau by Red Ribbon, and Dungowan Brewery.
