The Opportunity
Our boutique Brewery in the Dungowan Valley is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team on a Full-Time basis
We are seeking a talented, organised and committed individual who is experienced and confident in both restaurant and event delivery. Someone who has a creative-edge, dedication and an overall passion for the industry.
About You
- You have experience in a min 80 seat restaurant style setting and events catering
- Passionate about the job, industry and working towards team success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Be highly self-motivated, reliable team player with a good work ethic
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
- Good availability across days, evenings and weekends
- Have strong quality and presentation standards
- Complete understanding of HACCP and Food Safety
- Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment
