The Opportunity  

Our boutique Brewery in the Dungowan Valley is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team on a Full-Time basis

We are seeking a talented, organised and committed individual who is experienced and confident in both restaurant and event delivery. Someone who has a creative-edge, dedication and an overall passion for the industry.

About You

  • You have experience in a min 80 seat restaurant style setting and events catering
  • Passionate about the job, industry and working towards team success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Be highly self-motivated, reliable team player with a good work ethic
  • Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Good availability across days, evenings and weekends
  • Have strong quality and presentation standards
  • Complete understanding of HACCP and Food Safety
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment
